1. Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered
📌 Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. No Refund Policy
Currently, we do not offer refunds.
Only replacement will be provided after verification.
3. Conditions for Replacement

Product must be unused

Product must be in original packaging

Clear images/videos of the issue must be shared
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided for:

Minor color or design variations

Damage due to misuse or mishandling

Normal wear and tear

Incorrect address provided by customer
5. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:

Order cancellation is not allowed once shipped

Repeated COD rejections may lead to account restriction
6. Replacement Process
